Ajax Alarm Kit 2 DD is an expanded wireless security package for homes, offices and small commercial premises that need internal detection plus a visible external warning. Hub 2 manages the system, sends alarms and status events through the Ajax apps, and can communicate with a monitoring company. With support for up to 100 compatible Ajax devices, the system can be extended with additional detectors, fire protection, leak detection or automation devices as requirements develop. Two MotionProtect U detectors provide coverage for two separate rooms or internal areas, with motion detection up to 12 metres and pet immunity when correctly positioned and configured. DoorProtect U monitors a selected door or window for opening. Two SpaceControl key fobs allow separate users to arm, disarm or activate Night Mode and include a panic function for raising an alarm quickly. The included StreetSiren DoubleDeck provides a powerful outdoor audible and visual warning, while HomeSiren U alerts occupants inside the property. Together, they improve both deterrence and local notification. Devices use protected Jeweller radio communication and are managed through the Ajax apps, with configurable responses, delays and siren operation. This kit is a strong starting point for properties requiring broader motion coverage and convenient two-user control.
