Ajax Superior MultiTransmitter Fibra is a professional integration module for connecting existing third-party wired detectors and devices to an Ajax security system. Its 18 zones support NC, NO, EOL, 2EOL and 3EOL connection types, allowing a wide variety of intrusion, fire, gas, flood, panic and auxiliary devices to report through a compatible Superior Hub Hybrid.
The module exchanges events with the hub using the secure Fibra wired protocol, with a connection distance of up to 2,000 metres when suitable twisted-pair cable is used. Individual zones can be configured with the appropriate device and event type so notifications and monitoring-station messages clearly identify what has happened. KeyArm functionality can also allow a compatible third-party device to control arming modes where supported.
This white version is supplied in its standard tamper-protected casing with space for a compatible 12 V backup battery. It is powered from a 100-240 V AC mains supply and can provide power to connected wired devices within the specified output limits. The battery is not included. Superior MultiTransmitter Fibra is particularly useful when modernising an established wired alarm installation while retaining suitable existing field devices. Professional system design and installation are required.
