If you operate CCTV equipment in a domestic or commercial setting, within the United Kingdom, you must ensure you do so in compliance within the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Provide your contact details in case of Subject Access Requests (SARs) from the police or member of the public.
